How we help

What our support coordinators do for you

Support Coordination

Depending on what kind of individual support a participant requires, whether that comes from friends and family members or organisations, they'll have options when creating a plan. There are three levels of coordination included in these plans: Support Connection, Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination.

Our support coordinators help you achieve your goals by working closely with you, identifying what's essential and making sure that it gets done:

  • Resolve issues with your different service providers
  • Build service agreements with your providers
  • Ensure that services are delivered in line with your requirements
  • Develop your ability to be independent, choose and manage your service options
  • Where you have numerous service suppliers, we will organise service delivery
  • Assist with getting all of your services fully operational and performing at their best

Non-biased Advice

As your support coordinator, we provide honest, non-biased advice. Our focus is always on what's right for you, not on directing you toward any particular provider or service.

The NDIS provides detailed guidance on how support coordinators should work with participants to ensure independent, participant-centred support.
